Americool is the American Standard Diamond Dealer of the Year! This is a huge honor- only one dealer in the five state region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska) is chosen each year, based on quality of service and installation, and customer satisfaction, among other things. We are very proud to have received this prestigious award.

We are Certified Master Installers through the Northwest Ductless Heat Pump Project. This program includes rigorous training and testing to ensure that our ductless units are sized and installed properly. This program is administered by Bonneville Power, the source of most of the electricity in our region. They also provide much of the rebate money to individual utilities, so being certified allows us to offer rebates on our ductless systems.

We are proud to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We are a BBB accredited member.

We are a Union shop, and our installers are members of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 66. This allows us hire the best installers and service technicians around. We treat our guys right, offering medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and more. Our crews go through regular, ongoing training to stay current on the newest equipment and installation techniques.
